US Development provides consultation to the owner/developer for any requested aspects in the development process.  Services include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Input on concept and design; site analysis and selection; and financial modeling of entire development cycle.
- Review contracts, costs data, pro-formas, contractor bids, acquisitions and marketing/leasing plan.

JOINT VENTURES

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
US Development provides comprehensive project management services, from the point of initial concept through development – to the start of operations or property management.

FEASIBILITY STUDIES 
A feasibility study report is a business plan for a specific real estate project. It provides the rationale and support to justify a specific project – from the feasibility phase, pre-construction, construction and occupancy through investment management.

FEE-BASED DEVELOPMENT
US Development may assume all responsibilities of the development process on behalf of its client.  This consists of full financial, marketing, value engineering, and construction plan and execution.  The company forms a customized team of professionals, which includes engineers, architects, designers and marketers –including construction management and financial analysis. This team then executes the business plan, from initial conceptual meetings to certificate of occupancy and final project wrap-up. 

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
US Development becomes the primary point of communication for the owner/developer during construction.  The company coordinates scheduling and directs all development team meetings; establishes schedules; and arranges budget review, field inspections, progress reports, punch list, owner/tenant concerns and placing the building in service.

MARKET ANALYSIS & RESEARCH
